Any order from bolka.shop (unless otherwise stated on the listing) may be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days of receipt for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for that particular item(s) if the product is damaged (with anything other than what is stated in the listing). All items must be in the original condition the product was sold in and received. Because of the nature of the Bolka online shop business with the majority of our collection having been worn before, we do try our best to photograph any irregularities and imperfections on our products. Please note that many of our items will have very minor pulls, stains and other little imperfections.
